• This warranty is valid only in the Philippines.
• In case PRESTIZ warranty will be loss or damaged, no duplicate will be issued.
• Sales receipt and warranty must be presented when requested for warranty service, otherwise warranty claims will not be honored. Warranty repairs and services shall be performed only at the authorized service center.
• All replaced defective products or parts that belong to PRESTIZ must be remain at the authorized service center where the repair was made.
• Claiming warranty should be directly to PRESTIZ authorized service center.

Warranty terms do not apply to the following conditions :
• Products have been repaired by unauthorized service center or technician.
• If the warranty seal is broken / tampered or shows evidence of tampering.
• Defects or damaged caused by natural disaster such as flood, lighting, accident, fire or voltage instability.
• Defects or damaged caused by failure to follow the instructions contains in the user manual such as, but not limited to:
• If the unit is caused by animal and insects found inside the unit.
• If the unit is accidentally scratch upon opening and accidentally drop or broke during set-up, wall mounting and installation.
• Accessories such as remote, batteries, connecting cables, adapters, etc.
Return policy
Return must be within 7 days upon date of purchase. The buyer is accountable to inspect the item and report its defect/damage right away to claim the guarantee. Therefore, if the buyer didn’t check the item and file his/her complain beyond the guarantee, he/she cannot return the item.
